ONDO Roma reserves the right to refuse returns showing wear, damage, or missing labels.If approved, the consumer may choose a replacement of equal or greater value (with any price difference paid by the Consumer), or request a refund, excluding shipping fees. Made to Order items are non-returnable. Return shipping is always at the Consumer’s expense.
