Refund policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. To be eligible, the product must be returned with its original packaging and payment receipt or invoice if requested.

ONDO Roma reserves the right to reject returns of products that are not in optimal condition (e.g., signs of wear or damage) or from which the label, if present, has been removed.

If the return conditions are met, ONDO Roma will offer a replacement of the returned product with an identical or different product of equal or greater value. In the latter case, the Customer will be required to pay the price difference.

If you choose not to replace your product, you may request a refund of your order, excluding any shipping fees paid at checkout.

All Made to Order products, due to their personalized nature, are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Return shipping costs are always the sole responsibility of the Customer.
