The Consumer may return the order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, with packaging and proof of payment. ONDO Roma reserves the right to refuse returns showing wear, damage, or missing labels.If approved, the consumer may choose a replacement of equal or greater value (with any price difference paid by the Consumer), or request a refund, excluding shipping fees.
