Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. Please allow up to 28 business days for Made to Order products.

Products will be shipped in a single package that includes the item, packaging, payment receipt or invoice if requested, and, where applicable, product certification and warranty certificate.

Products will be handed over to the courier within the established business days. Delivery times depend solely on the courier, as do any delays and/or errors attributable to the courier during delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via the email used at checkout, or you can access it through the order page in your account.
